- Please ensure that your device is not on silent/vibrate and that Do-Not-Disturb isn't active.
- Check that the app's sound wasn't lowered by mistake: to turn it up - go to the app's Settings screen, hit the "Beep + Voice" button, and at the same time press the device's volume button.
- Please check your device settings —> notification center —> 42K Runner and see if “Sounds” and “Show on Lock screen” are ON. Please also check that your Ringer & Alerts volume is all the way up: in your device Settings --> Sounds --> Ringer & Alerts. The last thing to check is to turn up your music all the way (specifically in the iPhone standard Music app), and then restart your device by holding the main button (the round one) and the top button until you see an Apple logo.
