The Pushups Program

Pushups 0-100 will guide you from not exercising, to being able to complete 100 pushups. The program takes 10 weeks and is built for beginners. It is gradual, consistent and fun. You will be guided through successive steps and gain achievements as you go!

Pushups Technique:

Counter Pushups: Beginner Level
Leaning on a counter with your hands shoulder width apart. Slowly bend your elbows until your chest comes close to the counter, then push back slowly. Keep your back straight while exercising.




Knee Pushups: Intermediate Level
Start with your knees bent and hands on the floor shoulder-width apart. Slowly bend your elbows until your chest comes close to the floor and then push back slowly. Keep your back straight while exercising.




Full Body Pushups: Advanced Level
Start in a pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart. Slowly bend your elbows until your chest comes close to the floor and then push back slowly. Keep your back straight while exercising.
