Listening to Music

Choose your favorite music and hit play, and then start your exercise. You can control the music in many ways:

1. If you are using the Apple Music App, you can control it from inside 10K Pacer, using the built-in music player.

2. Use your headphones to control the music (for most apps it's a double press on the headphones button for the next song, triple press for previous).

3. Swipe up the control center to reveal the device music player
