Exercises Technique

Crunches
1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head.
2. Lift your shoulders up while keeping your lower back on the ground.
3. Lower slowly and repeat.





Side Obliques
1. Lie on your back with your knees bent & cross your right leg. Put your left hand behind your head.
2. Lift your left shoulder off the floor, while bringing your left elbow across your body towards your right knee.
3. Lower slowly and repeat.
4. Switch sides when done.



Reverse crunch
1. Lie on your back and raise your knees and feet.
2. Lift your hips off the floor while moving your knees towards your head.
3. Slowly lower back to starting position and repeat.
