App is Skipping or Stopping
If the app is skipping, it might be because the back/forward arrows are being accidentally pressed. To prevent this, simply lock your screen during the run:
On the run screen, tap the lock icon to lock the screen.
To unlock the screen, tap and hold the same icon.
This will prevent accidental presses and ensure a smoother experience.
