Listening to Music During Your Workout

Choose your favorite music and hit Play, then start your exercise. You can control the music in several ways:

  1. If you're using the Apple Music app, you can control it directly from inside 10K Runner using the built-in music player.

  2. Use your headphones to control the music. (For most apps, double-press the headphone button to skip to the next song, or triple-press to go to the previous one.)

  3. Swipe up to open the Control Center and reveal the device’s music player.
