Exercises Technique
1. Kneel down on your knees and forearms.
2. Slowly lift your right leg behind you, raising your foot up towards the ceiling.
3. Bring your leg slowly back down and repeat.


Reverse Leg Lift
1. Lie flat on your stomach with your legs straight.
2. Lift 1 leg upwards as high as your can, keeping the knee straight and the other leg flat on the ground.
3. Lower leg and repeat.


Butt Raises
1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet planted firmly on the floor, arms face down by your side.
2. Press your hips up to the ceiling and squeeze your buttocks.
3. Slowly lower your buttocks back to the floor and repeat.
