The Situps Program

Situps 0-200 will guide you from not exercising, to being able to complete 200 situps. The program takes 10 weeks and is built for beginners. It is gradual, consistent and fun. You will be guided through successive steps and gain achievements as you go!

Situps Technique:
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders up while keeping your lower back on the ground. As a guideline, your elbows should move towards your knees, lower slowly and repeat.
