The Pullups Program

The 20 Pullups program will take you from barely doing 2 pullups, all the way to completing 20! The full program is divided into 3 parts, for beginners, intermediates and advanced.

Pullups Technique: 
Hold the bar with your palms facing you, shoulder width apart. Lift your body until your chin is slightly above the bar. Lower yourself until your arms are almost fully extended and repeat.
