Refund
You can stop the subscription from renewing by going to the Google Play Store app > tap on your image > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Please send us your order number, and we will give you a refund for your purchase (this number starts with GPA, for example, GPA.1111-222-333). You will find it in the email receipt from the Google Play Store.
Cancel Subscription
You can stop the subscription from renewing by going to the Google Play Store app > tap on your image > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Restore a Membership/Subscription
In order to restore your purchase without needing to make another purchase, please download the app using the same account you used to first purchase, then tap the Restore button in the app's Settings screen where it says Subscription Membership.
Change My Membership/Subscription
You will need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire by going to the Google Play Store app > tap on your image > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Once it expires, you will see that the app's premium features are locked - then you will have the option to buy your subscription of choice.
