๐Ÿ‹๏ธ What Are Single Workouts?

Single Workouts let you complete a workout without impacting your current workout plan. Select your preferences to receive a personalized session. You can refresh and receive a new workout each day by tapping Refresh Workout.

๐ŸฆตHow To Log Single-Limb Exercises?

When your workout includes exercises that involve two sides, such as single-arm or single-leg movements, here's how to log them properly:
  • Complete both sides of the exercise - first one side, then the other. This counts as one set.

  • We recommend starting with your weaker side first to ensure balanced development.

  • When logging your reps, enter the number of reps completed on your weaker side.

๐Ÿ’ช How To Log Dumbbell Exercises?

When using dumbbells, enter the weight of a single dumbbell, not the total of both.

For example:
If you're lifting 65 pounds in each arm, log 65 pounds, not 130 pounds in the app.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ How To Log Barbell Exercises?

If your exercise involves a barbell, the logging weight should include the total weight of the bar and the plates.

For example:
If you have 65 pounds on each side of the barbell and the barbell itself weighs 45 lbs, you should log 175 pounds in the app.

๐Ÿ“ Changing the Units of Measurement

Go to Settings within the app and tap on Units of Measurement. You can switch between Metric (kg/cm) and Imperial (lb/in) units to be displayed.

๐Ÿ“ณ Set Workout Reminders

To set reminders, go to the Settings tab and tap Workout Reminders.

๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Change Workout Preview View

You can switch between the compact and full video views.
To do this, go to the Settings tab and select Workout Tab Display.

๐Ÿ“ Add Notes to Exercises

You can add notes in two ways:
  1. During a workout, tap the note icon next to the exercise name.

  2. Tap the exercise name from the list, then scroll down to find Notes.

๐ŸŒ Language 

The app is currently available in English only.
