What Do The Different Colors Mean?

When you're using the 10K Runner app, you may notice that different parts of your workout are shown in various colors. These colors are designed to help you quickly understand what activity you're supposed to be doing at each stage of your run.

Here’s what each color means:

🟥 Red – Warmup

The red section at the beginning of your workout indicates the warmup period. This is usually a light walk designed to get your body ready for more intense activity.

🟨 Yellow – Walking

Yellow sections show the walking intervals during your workout. These periods allow you to recover between running intervals and help build endurance gradually.

🟩 Green – Running

Green sections represent your running intervals. These are the core parts of the workout where you're actively training to build speed, strength, and stamina.

🟦 Blue – Cooldown

The blue section at the end of your workout is your cooldown period. Like the warmup, this is typically a light walk to help your body recover and gradually return to its resting state.
