Workout Customization

✅ How to Edit a Completed Workout


Go to the Progress tab, and at the top, make sure the Activity section is selected. Then tap the workout you want to edit on the Your Workouts calendar, and select the set you wish to modify.

🕵️‍♀️ Where Can I Find My Custom Workouts?


To access your custom workouts, go to the Workout tab, tap the My Plan menu, and select the Custom option.

🏋️‍♀️ How to Change My Equipment

There are three ways to change your equipment settings:
  1. From the top of the Workout tab:
    Tap the Equipment selection option.
    Note: Changing your equipment will only replace your current plan if it's new and no workouts have been logged yet. If you've already started the plan, changing equipment will only update the exercises within the existing plan.

  2. From the Workout tab via Customize:
    Tap the pencil icon, then tap the dumbbell icon.
    Note: This will update your exercises to include or exclude those based on your selected equipment.

  3. During a workout:
    Tap Exercises > Customize > then tap the dumbbell icon.
    Note: This also updates exercises to match your current equipment preferences.

🔄 How to Change an Exercise

You can change an exercise in two ways:

  1. From the Workout tab:
    Tap the pencil icon > select the exercise name > tap the change icon > choose an alternative exercise from the list.

  2. During an active workout:
    Scroll down and tap Customize Exercise > tap the change icon > and select a new exercise from the list.

🧑‍🎨 Creating an Exercise

There are three ways to create a custom exercise:

  1. From the Workout tab:
    Tap the pencil Icon > Add Exercise > choose a muscle group > scroll down and tap Create Exercise.

  2. From the Exercises tab:
    Select a muscle group > scroll down and tap Create Exercise.

  3. During an active workout:
    Tap Exercises > Customize > Add Exercise > choose a muscle group > scroll down and tap Create Exercise.

↕️ Reorder Exercises in a Workout

There are two ways to reorder exercises:

  1. From the Workout tab:
    Tap the pencil icon, then press and hold the three lines icon next to an exercise. Drag it to rearrange the order.

  2. During an active workout:
    Tap Exercises > Customize > press and hold the three lines icon next to an exercise. Drag it to rearrange the order.

➕➖ Add or Remove Exercises from a Workout

There are two ways to add or remove exercises:

From the Workout tab: 

  • Tap the pencil icon on either the My Plan or Single Workout screen to open customization options. 
  • To add an exercise, at the bottom, you'll find buttons for Add Exercise, Add Superset, and Add Cardio.
  • To remove an exercise, tap the trash icon next to the exercise you want to remove.
During an active workout:

  • Tap Exercises > tap Customize to make changes.
  • To add an exercise, at the bottom, you'll find buttons for Add Exercise, Add Superset, and Add Cardio.
  • To remove an exercise, tap the trash icon next to the exercise you want to remove.
