Staying Healthy

⛑️ What Are the Health Requirements?

If you're already working out, you've likely consulted a doctor before starting. If you haven’t yet, we recommend speaking with your doctor, just as you would before beginning any fitness routine.

👨‍⚕️ Feeling Sore After a Workout

Muscle soreness after a workout is normal, especially if you're a beginner or starting a new plan. However, if you're very sore for more than four consecutive days, it’s a sign to ease up next time by lowering the weights. This approach helps you reach your goals faster and stay injury-free.

If soreness persists even after reducing the weight, consult your doctor.

🩺 I Felt Pain While Performing an Exercise

Avoid any exercise that causes pain. Instead, tap the Customize button and choose an alternative from our options. If the pain continues or no alternative feels right, skip the exercise and consult your doctor.

⏱️ Should I Rest Between Legs or Arms During Unilateral Exercises Like Lunges or Step-Ups?

Resting between sides is optional. Do so only if you feel you need it. It's not required.
