♻️ Restore Membership/Subscription

First, please make sure you’re logged into the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. Then, in the app, go to Settings > My Account > Manage, and tap Restore Subscription. Your subscription should then be restored.

❌ Cancel Membership/Subscription


To cancel your subscription, follow the steps based on where you purchased it.

If you purchased through Apple (App Store):

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Select Subscriptions

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you purchased through Paddle (web purchase):

Paddle manages subscription cancellations and billing for web purchases.

💰 Refund

We fully support refund requests. However, we are unable to process refunds directly because all payments are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

If you purchased through Apple (App Store):
Apple manages all payments and refunds.

To request a refund:
Contact Apple Support and submit a refund request. Apple will review and process it directly.

If you only want to cancel your subscription, this is usually faster:

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap your Apple ID or profile icon

  3. Select Subscriptions

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you purchased through Paddle (web purchase):

Paddle manages all payments, refunds, subscription cancellations, and billing-related requests.

📲 Transfer My Progress from One iPhone to Another


If you restore your new iPhone from iCloud or your old phone, all your data should transfer automatically. 
However, if you set up your new device as a brand-new iPhone without restoring from a previous one, downloading the app from the App Store will not transfer your data. 
For your privacy, all app data is stored locally within the app, not on our servers. Therefore, if the app is deleted, your history records will be lost as well.

🔁 Change My Membership


To change your membership, you'll need to cancel your current subscription. Follow these steps:

If you purchased through Apple (App Store):

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Select Subscriptions

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you purchased through Paddle (web purchase):

Paddle manages subscription cancellations and billing for web purchases.

Once your trial or subscription period ends, the premium features will be locked, and you will have the option to purchase a new subscription directly within the app.

🌐 Move Subscription from iOS to Android and Vice Versa


Currently, we do not support transferring subscriptions between Android and iOS. The iOS app offers more advanced features and additional workouts compared to the Android app.

👥 Family Sharing


Currently, we don’t offer family sharing, but it’s a feature we may consider adding in the future. Please note that we can’t make any guarantees, as new features are prioritized internally based on demand and urgency.

🧾 Where Can I Find My Receipt?

Your receipt is usually sent to your email automatically after purchase.

You can also find your receipt based on where you made the purchase.

If you purchased through Apple (App Store):

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Tap your Apple ID again

  4. Select Purchase History

If you purchased through Paddle (web purchase):

Paddle sends purchase receipts by email.
