You will need to cancel your current subscription by going to the App Store > tap your Apple ID image > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscriptions

Once your trial/subscription period will be over, you will notice that the premium features will be locked and you will then have the option to buy another subscription. Unfortunately, this is the only way Apple enables a change in a subscription at the moment.
