Any refund requests are always fully approved from our perspective. However, we can not process it for you, as Apple manages all the payments and transactions. To process your refund please contact Apple's support and you will be refunded.

If you only need to cancel your subscription, its a quicker process: App Store > Tap on your Apple ID image > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscriptions
