All refund requests are fully supported from our side. However, we are unable to process them directly, as Apple handles all payments and transactions.

To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. If eligible, you will be refunded by Apple.

If you're simply looking to cancel your subscription, that’s a faster process:

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap your Apple ID image/Profile icon in the top right

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select your subscription and tap Cancel Subscription
