All refund requests are fully supported from our side. However, we’re unable to process them directly, as all payments and transactions are managed by Apple.

To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. They handle all billing and refund matters, and you should be refunded through them.

If you’re just looking to cancel your subscription, it’s a quicker process:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your profile picture (Apple ID image).

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
