Getting Started

What are the health requirements?
If you’re already working out, then you probably already consulted a doctor before starting. If you didn’t yet – we recommend that you do, as with any fitness routine.

What is the best way to do a warmup before working out?
In order to avoid injury and get good results from your workout, your muscles need to be primed and ready before your workout begins. We highly recommend that you do a 5-10 minute warmup composed of dynamic movements. Warm up your entire body, and especially the muscles you’re going to exercise.

Sample Dynamic Warmup Routine:
  • Arm Circles (forward and reverse)
  • Chest crossovers – with your arms parallel to the floor, outstretch your arms to your sides and swing them in over your chest and repeat.
  • Jumping rope
  • Jumping Jacks
I'm sore after exercising. What do I do?
Ensure that you stretch properly after your workout and get enough rest. Muscle soreness is normal, injury pain is not. It’s important to listen to your body when doing your workout to prevent injuries, especially when you first start out. If you have any doubts, please consult a doctor.
